We currently have five families with HOUSING NEEDS!  They are living in deplorable conditions!  If you would like to provide a permanent house for a family - the cost is $5500 for a 3-room block house built with steel framing (required because of earthquakes & termites).  Please let us know ASAP!

Mariano was paralyzed in a fall - he could not survive without his monthly medical supplies.  Donations make this possible!

• Coordinating patient contact with medical teams visiting Nicaragua from the U.S.

With no social security or other government assistance, most elderly depend on their families to exist.  Therein lies the problem when many families do not have even the bare necessities.  FISH provides vitamin supplements, medical treatment, food, clothing, bedding, and tender loving care to TWELVE elderly folks because of your generosity.
